PSP Speed Camp is designed to help athletes improve speed, explosiveness, movement quality, and overall movement performance through structured and purposeful training sessions. Each session focuses proper dynamic warm-ups, acceleration development, max velocity mechanics, and timed sprint work to track progress and build confidence. Athletes will learn explosive first-step quickness, sprint posture, stride efficiency, and body control while competing in a positive and challenging environment.

Throughout camp, we emphasize the “X-Factor," which are  explosive workouts that indirectly train speed development (plyos, jumps, bounds, etc.). At Pro Sports Performance, we believe “If you move well, you play well,” and our goal is to help every athlete become faster, more explosive, and the best version of themselves.

PSP Speed Camp is structured, purposeful, and built around one belief: if you move well, you play well. Every session is designed to develop speed from the ground up — not just raw pace, but movement quality, body control, stride efficiency, and explosive first-step quickness. We use the Feed the Cats Approach: athletes are timed, results are recorded, and progress is tracked from a day-one baseline to a final post result. No guessing. No vague improvement. Just real numbers that show exactly how far your athlete has come.

Dynamic Warm-Up

Prime the body, prep the joints, and activate muscles before a single sprint is run.

Acceleration Development

First-step quickness, drive phase mechanics, and explosive starts. Win the race before it starts.

Max Velocity Training

Sprint posture, stride efficiency, and top-end speed mechanics. Get there faster, and stay there longer.

Timed Sprints

The clock doesn't lie. Every timed sprint is tracked to measure progress and build real, earned confidence.
