Youth Athlete Training

This program is crafted to enhance their skills through a strategic combination of agility drills, sprint intervals, and exercises tailored to boost speed on the field.

Our focus extends to bodyweight exercises, designed not only to improve athleticism but also to fortify your athlete’s core for enhanced balance, stability, and injury prevention.

Middle School Athlete Training

For 2010s, 2011s, and 2012s

Our Middle School training program, in partnership with Manta United Soccer Club, features a carefully designed blend of agility drills, sprint intervals, and resistance exercises, all aimed at significantly enhancing your athlete's speed and promoting effective movement during matches.

We'll focus on proper strength training, emphasizing core development for stability and balance, and strengthening the lower body to proactively prevent injuries. Balancing these components in a structured format will boost the physical capabilities of your athletes.

Mondays and Wednesdays*

7:00 - 8:00 PM

*Makeup session available as needed Friday at 5 PM

High School Athlete Training

For 2009s, 2008s 2007s, and 2006s

Prepare your high school athlete for peak performance with our advanced training program, in partnership with Manta United Soccer Club. Building upon the foundation established in the younger years, this program is tailored to enhance their skills for high-level competition.

Our comprehensive approach incorporates agility drills, sprint intervals, and resistance exercises to significantly boost speed and ensure effective movement on the field. We'll focus on proper strength training, emphasizing core development for stability and balance, and strengthening the lower body to proactively prevent injuries.
