Allowing others to play a part in your fitness journey is extremely beneficial in pushing your athleticism to new limits. Working out in a group can provide additional encouragement and motivation to help you accomplish even the most daunting task.

PSP Weightlifting is designed to develop the techniques needed for the sport of Weightlifting. Join this club coached by Reggie Hodges, USAW National Coach, and never find yourself without a spotter or a motivating partner by your side. The club trains on Monday through Friday at 6:45 AM and again at 10:45 AM. There are also evening training times by appointment.

PSP BIGS is THE training program for offensive linemen looking to build skill an strength in fundamentals and techniques. This group is organized by coach Kevin Kowalski and open to athletes of all ages. Join this club designed specifically for offensive linemen who want to develop their craft and take it to the next level.

The PSP BIGS club currently meets on Saturdays at 9:00 AM, but other days and times can be arranged. Contact us today to sign up!
