Finding the best competitor or workout partner can accelerate you even quicker to your athletic goals. Allowing others to play a part in your fitness journey is extremely beneficial in pushing your athleticism to new limits. Working out in a group can provide additional encouragement and motivation to help you accomplish even the most daunting task.

Don't simply take our word for it. Join one of our small group clubs and let the value of teamwork speak for itself.

PSP Weightlifting is designed to develop the techniques needed for the sport of Weightlifting. Join this club coached by Reggie Hodges, USAW National Coach, and never find yourself without a spotter or a motivating partner by your side. The club trains on Monday through Friday at 6:45 AM and again at 10:45 AM. There are also evening training times by appointment.
