Personal Training

PSP will help you achieve your specific goals with personal training.  We offer a customized exercise program tailored to your unique goals. We cultivate deep, meaningful relationships with our clients to ensure proper technique form to get the most out of your training.

Body Conditioning

Get ready to tone and define your upper and lower body.  Strengthen your abs, back, and more in a challenging workout focused on conditioning the entire body with an incredible moderate intensity workout. Also, body composition and nutrition for health and wellness are discussed.

Weightlifting Classes

Weight training offers instruction and practice in proper techniques for the development of muscular strength, endurance, and flexibility.  Emphasis is placed on the principles and methods used to build, improve, and maintain proper muscular fitness.
